Sizing Instructions:

Our sun hats are one-size-fits-all (58 cm / 22.8 in) and are designed to be loose-fitting. They are not intended to fit snugly like a "fitted hat."

How to Stretch Your Sun Hat: 1. Water Method: Spray the hat with water or submerge it. Stretch the hat over a round object of your desired size and let it dry in a cool area (under 85°F). Avoid high heat as it can cause shrinkage. 2. Head Method: If no object is available, wear the dampened hat and stretch it on your head, then let it dry in a controlled temperature.

How to Shrink Your Sun Hat: 1. Direct Sunlight: Submerge or spray the hat with water, then place it in direct sunlight (above 100°F). Check periodically until the hat shrinks to the desired size. For additional shrinking, you may need to repeat the process or use an oven at 110°F (never exceed 120°F). 2. Sizing Tape: For a quicker fix, use hat sizing tape.

Sizing Tape Installation Directions: - Permanent Placement: Cut a strip of sizing tape (4-8 inches) and place it under the headband inside the hat. Once satisfied with the fit, remove the backing to install it permanently. Add more strips if needed. - Temporary Placement: Follow the same steps but leave the backing on so you can adjust if needed.
